What is snowbird home watch?
Home watch is a scheduled, in-person check of your Sarasota home while it sits empty for the season. On each visit we walk the property inside and out, look for water leaks, check that the A/C is running and humidity is under control, collect mail and packages, adjust lights and blinds, and send you a photo report. If you have pets staying behind, we care for them on the same visits.
How often should someone check my Sarasota home while I'm up north?

Snowbird home watch and house sitting is $40 per hour. Most home checks take well under an hour, and we put together a custom plan based on your home's size, how often you want visits, and whether pet care is included.
How do you get into my home while I'm gone?
Keys are handed over at your free meet & greet. We ask for two copies — one stays with your assigned team member and one is secured at our office as a backup. Gate codes, fobs and alarm instructions are stored privately in your client profile. All staff are background checked and sign privacy agreements.
