- Dog walking, pet sitting, overnight care, and dog training.
- Customer support via phone, email, and SMS.
- Occasional promotional offers (if opted in).

Appointment & Booking Terms
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required to book dates on our calendar.
- Same-day cancellations forfeit any deposits or credits.
- We do not issue refunds for any payments made for our services.
- Credits may be issued if within our cancellation period.
- All payments are due before services begin.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate pet information, including any health or behavioral concerns.
- Ensure pets are safe to handle and kept in a secure environment.
- Notify us of any changes to scheduled services in a timely manner.

SMS Communication Policy
By opting in during the booking process, clients agree to receive SMS messages from (941) 280-5156 related to:
- Appointment confirmations & reminders
- Service updates and schedule changes
- Customer support notifications
Opt-Out Process
- You may opt-out anytime by replying STOP to any message.
- Contact us at contact@wiggleyourtail.com to be removed from SMS communications.
Message Frequency & Data Rates
- We send SMS communications based on appointment schedules and service updates, approximately 4 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.

Liability & Safety
- Wiggle Your Tail Pet Care is not responsible for injuries or incidents due to pre-existing pet health conditions or undisclosed aggression.
- Clients assume full responsibility for their pet's behavior during service.
- We are not liable for property damage or injuries occurring on client premises.

Payment & Credit Policy
- All payments are due before services begin.
- We do not issue refunds. We may issue credit for future bookings if a service is canceled within the required timeframe.
- Credits exclude the 50% non-refundable retainer required to secure dates.
