Wiggle Your Tail Pet Care may hold personal data you provided when contacting us, booking services, or creating an account in our Time to Pet client portal. This may include your name, email address, phone number, home address, and information about your pets.
To request deletion of your personal data, please contact us using one of the following methods:
Send your request to contact@wiggleyourtail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your full name and the email address associated with your account so we can locate your records.
Use our contact form and mention "Data Deletion Request" in your message. Include your name and email so we can identify your records.
We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will notify you once your data has been removed. Please note that we may be required to retain certain records for legal, tax, or compliance purposes — we will let you know if any data must be kept and explain why.
If you have an account on our Time to Pet scheduling platform, you will need to also request deletion directly through Time to Pet, as that data is managed by their systems. Please visit timetopet.com for their privacy and data deletion options.
