Why in-home care vs boarding?
In-home care reduces stress and separation anxiety. Your pet stays in their familiar environment with their own routines — no exposure to illness, fleas, or aggression from other animals.
How do overnights work?
Overnights run from 9:30pm–7am. Your sitter will follow your pet's evening routine: dinner, walks, cuddles, and a morning walk with breakfast. Full report card included.
What if I return late?
Let us know and we'll make arrangements to end the sitting upon your return. Full night fees still apply for overnights ended before 7am.
Can you give my pet medication?
Yes, as long as your pet doesn't pose a threat. Let us know your pet's needs upfront so we can assign the right sitter. Additional fees apply for injections or complex routines.
Will I always get the same sitter?
We believe in dedicated pet professionals your pet knows and trusts. We do our best to keep the same sitter, but can assign a backup if needed. Booking early helps!
How do I give access to my home?
Most clients give keys at the free meet & greet. We require 2 key copies — one with the sitter and one secured at our office for emergencies.
Can sitters stay if family/friends are home?
No — for the safety and privacy of the sitter, our staff will not stay at your residence if other people are present.
