Where do you walk my dog?

We walk each dog in the comfort and safety of your own neighborhood. We do not gather dogs from different clients and walk them at the same time. Our attention is focused solely on your pet.

Do you walk my dog off-leash?

For the safety of your dog, Wiggle Your Tail does not offer off-leash dog walking. Dogs may be off-leash only in the privacy of their own secured yard.

What do I get after each walk?

After every walk you'll receive a pet report card along with photos of your dog's experience — so you always know exactly how the walk went.

What time will my walker arrive?

All visits are scheduled with a minimum 1-hour arrival window (e.g., scheduled at 1pm means arrival between 12:30pm–1:30pm). Special accommodations available by request.

What happens in bad weather?

As long as weather doesn't pose a threat, we stay on schedule. In extreme heat or heavy rain, walks may be shortened to a quick potty break. Your sitter always stays for the full visit.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 7-day notice for cancellation. Cancelled walks receive a 50% credit to your account. Walks cancelled within the window are charged a 50% cancellation fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and ACH payments. Individual walks are billed at the start of service. Recurring walks are billed monthly.
