Walks can be paired with feeding, enrichment, a quick brush-down or a wipe of muddy paws before your dog comes back inside, so daily care feels personal rather than transactional.

What is a private pet concierge?
A private pet concierge is a single, trusted team that manages your pet's care and logistics on your behalf. Beyond walks and sitting, that includes booking and attending veterinary and grooming appointments, managing medication schedules, keeping food and supplies stocked, coordinating trainers and arranging transportation, so you have one point of contact instead of several providers.
How is luxury pet sitting different from regular pet sitting?
Luxury pet sitting is defined by consistency and attention rather than volume. Your pet is cared for by a small, dedicated group of caregivers who learn your household's routines, follow detailed instructions, communicate discreetly and coordinate with your household staff. Visits are not squeezed between dozens of other bookings.
Can a pet sitter stay overnight in my home?
Yes. Overnight pet sitting places a caregiver in your residence through the evening and night so your pet keeps its usual dinner, walk, medication and bedtime routine, with a morning walk and breakfast before the next day begins. Overnights can be booked individually or as part of an extended stay.
Do you provide pet transportation to vet and grooming appointments?
Yes. Private Client households can have us transport pets to and from veterinarians, groomers, trainers and other recurring appointments. Where requested, the caregiver stays with your pet, relays the veterinarian's notes to you and follows any new care instructions at home.
Can someone travel with my dog on a flight?
Yes, by arrangement. Our pet travel concierge can provide a personal pet escort, sometimes called a pet flight nanny, to accompany your dog on domestic or international travel, subject to airline and destination rules. We also help coordinate health certificates, documentation and ground transportation. Travel services are billed separately.
Do you provide pet sitting for extended vacations?
Yes. Extended-stay pet sitting covers trips of a week, a month or a full season. We keep your pet's feeding, exercise, medication and sleep routines intact, follow your household instructions and send regular updates for the length of your absence.
Can you care for pets in multiple residences?
Yes. For families who move between homes, we coordinate care across properties, keep routines and instructions consistent from one residence to the next and can arrange your pet's travel between them, within the markets we serve and by arrangement elsewhere.
Do you offer private dog walking?
Yes. Private Client dog walks are one-on-one or limited to the dogs of a single household. They are never app-dispatched or mixed into high-volume group walks, and they follow the route, pace and handling preferences you set.
